About Me

Hey — I’m Trae, a cybersecurity professional with a strong foundation in digital forensics, threat analysis, and incident response. I work directly with high-net-worth individuals and executives, helping them navigate digital threats, whether it’s phishing, SIM swaps, or full-blown account compromises.

I’m currently a Triage Specialist at a remote concierge cybersecurity firm, where I analyze suspicious emails, investigate endpoint activity, and guide clients through security incidents with empathy and precision. I hold multiple GIAC certifications (GCIH, GSEC, GFACT) as well as Security+, and I’ve built a home lab from the ground up using ESXi, pfSense, and Security Onion to sharpen my skills in a hands-on way.

Outside of work, I’m constantly learning — whether it’s solving CTFs on TryHackMe and HackTheBox, reverse-engineering malware in a sandbox, or just tweaking my own systems for fun. I bring a balance of technical depth and real-world practicality to everything I do.
